Do you want to help change the life of someone you know with high support needs by giving them access to a home of their own? You can do this by investing in Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) properties. With returns delivering up to 20% per annum, this is an attractive proposition for a property investor, and far beyond anything you could possibly hope for from traditional property investing.
Currently a big proportion of Australians with a disability are forced to live permanently in retirement homes or hospitals. With a shortage of established NDIS properties available, the Federal Government is offering incentives to investors building new homes. The home is leased to approved participants through a registered SDA provider.
iShare Brokers have partnered with developers who have the expertise in building NDIS properties in locations where participant demand is high and supply is limited. The process is simply a matter of you selecting the type of property from the great range available and we find the best home loan for you with a fully assessed pre-approval.
Our builders engage with approved SDA providers so the rental lease is organised for you prior to handing over the keys. With high returns and long leases on offer, this represents a great opportunity for investors. Contact us today to find out how this can work for you.

From this Saturday (1 July), the transfer duty exemption threshold will increase from $650,000 to $800,000 and the concessional rate will increase from $800,000 to $1 million for new and existing home purchases by eligible first home buyers.
The changes, part of the Minns government’s First Home Buyer Assistance Scheme (FHBAS), will reportedly mean that 84 per cent of FHBs will either pay no stamp duty on properties up to $800K or pay a reduced rate between $800K and $1 million.
